Description:Spectrum Health Companies is a Minnesota-based statewide community health care provider of Assisted Living, Memory Care, Homecare and Independent Living services.

Established healthcare provider has an opportunity for a Marketing & Sales Liaison to join our team. The primary function of this position is to develop early, on-going business (client/resident) referrals by creating and sustaining business partnerships with referral sources in targeted communities.

Position is responsible for creating awareness of our organization and home healthcare services. This is accomplished through events, lecture series, presentations, utilizing one-on-one contacts and relationship building with community resources and industry associations.

Position is provided with a base salary and an incentive pay program. Position will primarily serve the Burnsville and surrounding metro area.

Duties:Qualified candidates must have the ability to manage a territory, set appointments with key individuals and/or groups, generate referrals, conduct calls and prepare/present presentations.

Track and report on the status of all new business development activities, existing customer satisfaction, and new customer potential. Position will report to the regional Operation managers.

Establish and maintain on-going client relationships to anticipate and resolve potential problems.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited college/university. Marketing specialty preferred, or a minimum of two years within healthcare.

Reliable transportation to meet the goals of the position required. Candidates must have the ability to travel throughout the service area and/or perspective service area to establish and maintain business relationships.

Working knowledge of computers, internet access and a variety of business software systems such as Word and Excel.

Demonstrated sales and marketing techniques; high impact results.

Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously, able to be self-directed.

Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and tactfully--both orally and in writing with community contacts, referral sources, patients, families, employees, managers and vendors.

Candidates will be subject to a criminal background study and must meet the physical requirements of the position.
